Breakfast was fine. The air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot inside the room; if we had opened the window there would have been noise.

They didn't want to accept us into the apartment at all, even though we had made a reservation. They were very unpleasant and unprofessional, so we had nowhere to sleep. They contacted us via WhatsApp instead of through Booking, and blamed Booking even though they did nothing wrong and even went out of their way to find us a new apartment. Nothing else.

There was no one at reception, so I ended up sleeping in my car; after waiting five minutes nobody showed up, the desk was unreachable by phone or email, and after 23 hours I had to resign myself to the car—completely unacceptable and they should compensate me for the trouble.
