Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were very responsive, the bed was super comfy, and the room was huge. The facilities were adequate. Humidity hit the ceiling of the room and the shower. I could see dirt in the air‑conditioner vent. The shower sink had no stopper and was very dirty. I had to call for someone to clean it.

Price and location were good. I had an issue with the shower: the water stayed hot. I called management, they came up to fix it but the problem wasn’t resolved. The water was sooo hot, it was burning my skin. I turned it to the cool setting but it wouldn’t get cold. Also the dining chairs are dirty and stained; they simply need to be scrubbed clean. The unit was clean overall. May need to add additional glasses; there was only 1 wine glass.

Perfect location, safe environment, and very clean. A few minor details could be touched up, and the check‑in process could be a bit faster.
