The staff were courteous and explained everything clearly, but the only shopping nearby was a convenience store and a Sukiya.

They managed to fit me in at the last minute and let me park my bike under a covered rack, which was a big help, yet the bare‑room rate felt far too steep.

I really appreciated the staff’s hospitality at Shinanoji Hotel; they’re kind and helpful. I also liked how clean the place is and its proximity to the station. Breakfast is great, and overall I give the hotel a perfect score. My family and I love everything about it—there’s nothing to complain about, even the walk to the station was nice—so I have no criticisms.

A free washer and dryer were handy, and the room was roomy, but it took about a 15‑minute walk from the train station.
