The hotel is relatively new and has a great location. We were a group of five couples; the ones who booked through the website got a poorer room, no bathrobe or slippers, and no bottled water in the room, unlike the couples who booked directly with the chain, even though the price was the same. You should address this with the property.

Breakfast was included and the parking for the car was free, but the charging stations didn’t work. We booked and paid for a Superior Room supposedly 24 m², yet we received a tiny room. The reception gave a terse response (didn’t reply to my message, and the desk was closed that evening). The next day they said the Superior rooms were 17 m² and that the website needed updating. I’m convinced they gave us the mini‑room because we booked through a third‑party site instead of directly, even though we’re Thon members for a while. This was outright fraud.

The hotel has been renovated and is generally in good condition. Breakfast was excellent, and a nice restaurant for dinner is just a few steps away. Parking is free on a public lot in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, the lighting in both the lobby and the rooms is only visually acceptable; the lamps are not very bright, making the rooms feel dim unless you’re near a window.
