Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Adequate. The building is old and could use an update. For the price charged, I would have expected cleaner carpeting; everything needs basic updating. Tattered carpets in hallways and rooms, dingy walls…everything needs updating.

The location was fine. The room was problematic: we asked two cleaners to clean the room on two separate days and it wasn’t done.

The hotel is located just off the highway, with Tim Hortons, McDonald's and gas stations right next door. The desk staff was very friendly, and my room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately there is no elevator, which made it hard for us older folks to haul our luggage up the stairs; next time I'll request a room on the ground floor.

Nice place to stay, but the water had an odd odor.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The location was great and the price was good. It's close to small fast‑food spots and a convenience store. The bar is directly at the bottom of the stairs leading to the rooms. There was a hole in the wall that was patched with a tissue. There was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, even though it was very clean.
