I appreciated that despite the busy area, the hotel was quiet; the people who receive cars were super kind, the waiters were very attentive, and the rooms had blackout curtains which was wonderful because there was very little light. However, one front‑desk lady saw me checking in and hurried me to move my car because another was behind; she insisted a lot until I told her I’d finish. My daughters were in the car and she could see them from there. Another issue was that the cleaning lady touched the door once in the morning and again later—once at eight and another after 1 am. I know they have to clean, but there should be another way to know if a guest is present; she woke the family. In my room, one wall near the window was damaged; even though part of the curtain covered it, the finish looked ugly and didn’t match the rest of the room, so they need to care about the appearance.
