Quiet, conveniently near the highway, charming and even a bit eccentric staff, the pool is a bonus; I see no issues.

The pool is there but small; the first‑floor entrance has no corridor, opens onto the street, and the balcony door doubles as the window. Breakfast disappointed me, and when we asked for tea water they sold it for €6, which is outrageous in France where restaurants give water for free.

Perfect location, halfway between Livorno and Goes in Zeeland; the rain was a downside, but that’s not the host’s fault.
