The place is very pretty, the heating was a solid 10/10—nice and warm, perfect for kids—and the breakfast was delicious, with a gorgeous view of the waterfront.

The location, facilities, and breakfast are great. Arriving in the afternoon, the rooms were chilly.

The location is great. We were placed on the fourth floor and on the first morning I had to go down and tell them there was no hot water; they switched something on and hot water finally appeared, and it worked fine the following days. On the first night, because the room faced away from the sun, we arrived late and found the heating off, so I had to descend all four floors again to ask for it to be turned on, and even after that it took a while for the room to warm up.
