The garden view was a real highlight, but unfortunately, the room had some major issues. The ceiling was literally falling apart, and the smell was overwhelming. We had to deal with a non-functional fridge, but the staff did offer to replace it with a new one. On the bright side, the garden view made up for some of the other problems, but we still had to buy our own soap.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but that's about where the positives ended. The room was a mess, with a dirty shower and a chair that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, there were spiders crawling around the room. It was a bit of a shock to see such a dirty space, especially considering the price we paid.

We were left feeling frustrated and disappointed when we realized that there wasn't even a teaspoon or soap in the room. It's not exactly what you'd call a welcoming experience, especially when you're expecting the basics to be taken care of.

The staff here are absolutely lovely and super efficient, which made checking in and out a breeze. My room was spacious and had some nice built-in cupboards, plus an ensuite bathroom that was a big plus. However, the place could do with a bit of restoration work - but overall, I had a very comfortable overnight stay.

We showed up to find that there was no one there to check us in, and after waiting nearly an hour, we still couldn't get anyone to respond to our calls and emails. We ended up having to book a different place to stay, and we're still trying to get a refund from this one. It's been four days, and we're still struggling to get any help.
