“Friendly team, very clean, modern design”
Super good communication with the apartment team, very clean and the room had a new design.

The area was quite run down and dirty

The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned daily, with a great shower and strong water pressure. The spot was convenient for the Metro, only about a 10‑minute walk, and the room size was decent for a city centre. Wi‑Fi worked well, and the kettle, glasses, fridge, and microwave were all in the room. The bed felt comfortable, and there was enough storage for me—probably enough for two people too. Lighting was excellent and adjustable, and the air‑conditioning unit was in the room. Breakfast was typical Italian, offering coffee and a croissant or something similar at one of two nearby bars. The owners checked in a few times to make sure everything was fine and offered help with bookings if needed. The only downside was that there was only one restaurant nearby, which was either too full or closed when I wanted to eat.

The place was clean and the location was good. However, it isn’t a hotel; it’s rooms in an old, poorly maintained building. To reach the elevator, you have to climb two long flights of stairs (26 steps), which is tough for elderly guests or those with luggage. There’s no front desk, reception, or restaurant, so room service is impossible. Everything is handled virtually, which is inconvenient because you have to identify yourself on the street—there’s no front desk—and the “hotel” sign is only visible on the gate’s grille when you’re already in front of it. A staff member named Milena, who happened to arrive at the same time as us, helped us get in, but she only speaks Italian, so communication was a bit difficult. Worse, breakfast is just a voucher for one drink and one snack to be used at two nearby street cafés—only a croissant or something similar, no fruit or cold cuts. I would never have chosen this place if I had known these conditions beforehand. In my view, the rating and reviews don’t reflect reality. The rooms are clean and well presented, though small, and the location is great, but those are the only positives that justify staying here.

The breakfast was a relaxing experience. It was a small café a short walk from the hotel, with very nice staff, and it was open on Sunday mornings. The breakfast consisted of a large pastry and coffee.
