“recepcjonistka do wymiany”
As a regular guest, I feel mixed emotions: when the receptionist on duty is a Polish man, the service is flawless, but on the days when an unrefined girl from the east works at the front desk—she speaks Russian and occasionally drops a Polish word—customer service is far from satisfactory, even downright rude. Despite her youth, she seems deeply rooted in old Soviet values. Perhaps management could explain that in Europe “client” isn’t a synonym for “intruder” or “idiot,” and that a sharp written reply to a customer who plans to post a review should be met with a voucher or a discount and a brief apology instead of a ban.
