Well‑located, with parking and breakfast included. The room and bathroom were clean, ideal for a few days in São Paulo near Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. The staff were attentive and friendly. The mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable and firm, but acceptable for one night.

The location is great and the staff are friendly and attentive. The building is old; comfort and cleanliness were not good.

The location was great, but one of the reception staff was a bit difficult to deal with.
