The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. There’s nothing I didn’t like; people were extremely welcoming, and I’ll be back again.

Everything was great, but the heating was an issue.

The staff were very friendly and hardworking, yet the room was damp, the walls had mold, and the humidity caused a terrible smell. The windows never dried during the day. There was no heating; a combustion unit in the hallway never turned on, and they only placed an electric stove in the hallway, which only warmed that area during the cold, rainy winter. We were given a small stove when we requested one, and with our 3‑year‑old daughter we tried it on the last night at 22:30, but by 23:00 the only guests left, the lights were cut off—clearly by the hostel workers—and then they turned them back on. The floor and kitchen cloths were very dirty.

The bed kept me warm, but the shower was disappointing.

“Muy buena atención de principio a fin”

Don Luis gave a very good reception and the manager said a kind goodbye; both were attentive throughout our stay. There is a shared kitchen with everything needed for breakfast and a large dining area, which is very practical. The parking is a bit small, but I managed to park my small car in a corner; with a bit of organization, 4 or 5 cars fit. The bathrooms have hot water, and since we were traveling in winter, Don Luis kindly provided an electric stove, a gesture that is appreciated. The accommodation is about six blocks from the plaza, so getting to the center is easy.
