Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff tries hard, very responsive, and fulfills all requests. Cleaning is excellent, all linens are clean. Breakfasts are great, even though the selection doesn’t change. The location is top, right in the center (but far from Icherisheher). Urgent repairs are needed; everything needs to be patched, cleaned, and painted. Everything is shabby.

Nice vibe, good spot near the train station and park, the room offers good value, better than places like the Liberta hotel and others. Breakfast is a bit small.

The hotel sits close to the riverfront and about a 28‑minute walk to the metro, making airport transfers easy; the old town is roughly a 20‑minute walk away. It isn’t luxurious, but for the price it’s very good. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom worked well, and there were a hairdryer, toiletries, and slippers. A steamer and ironing board are in the corridor. The staff are very attentive and polite, ready to help with any question. Breakfast is included and always plentiful. You can find drawbacks, but Baku is a wonderful city and you spend very little time in the hotel. I would definitely return.

The staff were 11/10, the room 5/10, breakfast 7/10. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to answer any question. The room was fine, but the shower constantly leaked and the floor stayed wet; I had to lay two towels on the floor that stayed damp. The shower door knob was broken, and the holder and switch for the shower were also faulty. On the second day hot water disappeared, and on the morning of the last day water was almost gone. Breakfast was normal, you won’t go hungry, just ordinary and minimal. This is my subjective view; your room might not have these issues, but I still want to highlight the staff—truly amazing people.
