The staff were attentive and friendly, and overall the rooms were good. One of the rooms lacked a blackout curtain and the air‑conditioning didn’t work.
The pool was great. The check‑in and check‑out were problematic.
“EXCELENTE!!!!”
The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is very friendly, and the facilities are excellent. I would just suggest a bit more polish at reception; the girls are a little blunt, not rude, but could be kinder like the waiters or the housekeeping staff.
“Buen Descanso”
The staff provided good service and attention. Everything was fine.
