I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel, which unfortunately overshadowed its great location. The real issue began when a group of rowdy teenagers started causing a disturbance from 10:30 PM to 1:30 AM, screaming, running in the hallways, and completely disregarding our requests for quiet. Their chaperone even got into an argument with one of my fellow guests from Georgia, and the hotel staff seemed embarrassed but did nothing to intervene.
