The breakfast was fantastic and the whole property looked spotless, with a brand‑new bath and a ReFa hair dryer that I really appreciated; the supplied shampoo and body wash were from POLA and felt exceptionally good, and the room was spacious, so I’ll definitely book again whenever I stay in Kyoto. The staff were generally courteous, but the front desk team lacked a clean, professional appearance, which gave a poor first impression and lowered the hotel’s overall class—such a shame, especially since the restaurant and housekeeping staff were attentive and pleasant.

In my opinion, this is the best property of my trip to Japan. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The onsen was great. We also bought the pajamas that were provided to guests.
