Everything was flawless: the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, an exceptional breakfast, and the pool with salty water plus a fantastic view from the 10th floor… the overall experience far surpassed the price I paid.

As a regular guest I really appreciate the extremely courteous staff everywhere—at the pool bar, during breakfast, wherever. The setting is very quiet, the beds are extremely comfortable, the breakfast buffet is very, very good, and the pool water temperature is excellent. This hotel should always be fully booked. The only downside is that I wasn’t allowed to wear flip‑flops on the pool loungers. The crowd (company outings) behaves quite poorly at times—both at the pool and in the corridors: elevator wait times are extreme, sometimes up to 15 minutes.
