The room was cozy, but a vent in the bathroom fell out of the wall and landed in the toilet, narrowly missing me. When I reported it at reception, no apology was offered. Service for the evening meal was delayed dramatically; no one attended to our drink order until we asked after 30 minutes. Even though we placed our food order earlier, the main meal took over an hour, and we had to request desserts after more than two hours.

The twin room met expectations with a decent bed and a functional bathroom, but the hotel felt crowded and the room wasn’t ready until after 3 pm. The bar was empty because of events, and there were no seats available. Breakfast was acceptable, yet the restaurant was so busy that we had to queue for a long time.

The location was great, breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly, and the room was fantastic—10/10 all around. No complaints.

The room was clean, the shower powerful and hot, and breakfast offered plenty of choices with lovely staff. The pool was nice but could have been a bit warmer; otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
