I liked many aspects, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. I stayed in the king room, which was lovely, but the entrance was dark with no proper lighting and everything was painted black. The sitting area with the sofa was also all black, making the room look very gloomy. A hotel room should be bright and welcoming. The sofa had large stains. I saw the cleaning staff washing tea and coffee cups and spoons in the toilet sink, wiping them with a dirty cloth; perhaps the utensils should be freshly washed in the kitchen and brought to the bedrooms daily. The reception lacked decent seating, and the bar was completely invisible to guests, which was a pity.
