The accommodation was very pleasant, everything was clean and ready, the host was very kind and helpful, the area was quiet, the room had air‑conditioning, and a grocery store was about a minute by car while a small pump was nearby. The only drawback was that the hot water didn’t flow; one evening it was lukewarm, the next evening it was cold. Because we arrived very late, I couldn’t call the host at that hour, but next time I’ll check the water beforehand and address it early. The water was so cold that I couldn’t wash my hair, but I didn’t have to deal with it because we had a fixed program with the kids, so I still rate the stay very pleasant, believing the issue could be resolved with the host.

I liked that the place was clean, parking was quiet, and the climate control worked, but the equipment was older, and the exterior looked newer than the interior. Otherwise it was fine. It would have been better to secure the balconies so guests couldn’t move onto neighboring balconies, as the neighbors took our chairs. It didn’t bother us, just would be better for future safety.

I appreciated the cleanliness and the staff's willingness to help, but I was disappointed that there was no mini-fridge in the room, especially since the restaurant wasn't serving food at the time.

Although the restaurant and wellness center weren't operating due to staff training, the owner was incredibly understanding and apologetic, and I would still highly recommend this place for its exceptional hospitality.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel - the staff were very friendly, the room was in great condition, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, all in a great location.
