The only positive thing is the location, close to the National Park. However, don’t expect comfort, structure, or service. The lodge didn’t offer breakfast, there’s no TV in the rooms, and nobody was available to attend guests. It felt completely abandoned, as if we were left completely stranded. The shower was terrible, with water dripping in a trickle, making even washing hair impossible. At checkout, no one was there to receive the key. The minimum level of service and care for guests was missing. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it might meet those needs.

“Localização boa, mas com serviços limitados”

The lodge has a good location, a spacious area, and private parking. The room is large, with a balcony that offers a panoramic view of the Chapada mountains. The bathroom is ventilated, new, and functional. The hospitality service is limited; on the holiday of 12/October (high demand and occupancy), the reception was closed at 9 pm for guest check‑in, and there was no prior notice or a working phone to contact the owners upon arrival. I found that point very disappointing! The lodge also doesn’t provide breakfast, but the village bakeries make up for that absence.

I liked the location and the super friendly people who welcomed us. Junior is a great person. I went during a holiday and I know prices go up, but the facilities should match the price. There’s no proper laundry, the bed is hard, the frames are old and broken, and the place isn’t cleaned.

“Tranquila”

The location is good. The blanket wasn’t washed, although the guy who attended us was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, there was no staff to check us in or out, even though the time was scheduled, so we had to call the recorded number. We also couldn’t get any Wi‑Fi signal, and the air‑conditioner didn’t work very well.
