Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The atmosphere felt very family‑like; Frank and Vicky welcomed us warmly and were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, the breakfast offered various options that could be changed daily. Thanks to the whole team, we felt very comfortable. Everything was top!

The staff were welcoming, but the sheets were dirty and they only made the bed without changing the linens. A mosque behind the hotel kept me awake, and the location was neither good for the beach nor for shops. We left two days early and went straight to the Gili islands.

The room was modern and clean, with great sunset views. No complaints.

The welcome was very friendly, pleasant to talk with, and they give good advice and work with institutes for excursions that are nice and cheaper, offering perks like a T‑shirt for the dive because they partner with the hotel. Nothing negative.

The location and view were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the owner always stops by for a chat and gives useful tips. Nothing else to mention.
