“Ruidoso”
The spot is great, yet it’s extremely loud from both guests and the surrounding area where you can hear birds from dawn. The facilities feel old and plain, and for what they charge, the price is too high.
Unfortunately our stay was terrible. We ran into a timing issue, tried to fix it, but ended up stuck on the street unable to check‑in. We understand there are rules, yet we expected more understanding and at least an alternative solution from the hotel. It was a very unpleasant situation after booking and traveling there, and the hotel should improve its handling of such incidents so future guests aren’t left in the same spot.
