The staff were welcoming, the setting beautiful, and it was nice that there were Lego pieces in the lobby for the kids; the dinner and breakfast were good. However, our sink hung half off the wall, the TV remote didn’t work, and the annex was noisy with other doors and the main door closing, plus we could hear the neighbor snoring. The waiter in the restaurant was very busy in the evening, provided good service, but it took a long time to place orders. The pool changing facilities could be better, or at least offer bathrobes so you can change in your own room.

The location is great, the bed is nice, and the breakfast is extensive, but the room heating was set too high, making it uncomfortably warm.

The location is good, the restaurant is decent, rooms are nice, the area around the pool is cozy, and the view is great. The hotel feels worn out overall; the fitness area is small and shabby, the pool water is very cold, the changing room is cramped, and the shower in the ladies’ section doesn’t work. The room and bathroom were cold when I arrived. The breakfast buffet is fine, but the experience was a bit chaotic with a lot of food.

The hotel is very pretty and clean, as a four‑star should be; it’s just a bit annoying that parking is paid.
