Nellie and Mo were extremely helpful during my stay at the hotel and were professional.
The Front staff were humble and very helpful, Mo and Nellie were always extending their support when needed. The location is good away from City perfect for family stay. For a 5 star hotel, I would expect neat and cleaner rooms. We stayed for 5nights. However, the cleaning of the room was not that neat, the floors were not swept nor moaped well, there was a juice spilled the night before and the second day after cleaners I noticed that the floor were not moaped the dried juice remained in same place, our rooms were full of hair, had to sweep the rooms myself. I suggest supervision should be there
The staff were friendly, but the location was a drawback.
“Amazing”
Customer service was excellent.
Great value! We liked the gym and pool. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well designed.
