The hotel’s location is good. Foreign family groups are very loud.

Cleaning is good, and the free drinks—fresh water, cola, and beers—are replenished daily at no cost. The location is right in front of the beach.

The hotel is great, with super friendly staff and excellent facilities like a sauna, ice bath, and jacuzzi, and it sits right on the beachfront. The only downside was that the music was a bit noisy.

The location is good, but the place has a lot of potential that isn’t being realised because the customer service needs improvement. The bar staff were unhelpful when I tried to buy a beer or get a pool towel; they didn’t smile or greet me, and their attitude made me feel like a nuisance. Good service is essential for a positive experience, so if the management wants repeat guests, they should train the staff in basic courtesy—just a smile and a friendly greeting would change a lot. I’ll visit the area again, but I won’t stay at this property because of the poor service.
