The hotel enjoyed a great location, a comfy mattress, a clean room and very courteous staff, but one bedside lamp was dead and we only received a single towel for two guests.

The only redeeming factor was the location; there was no breakfast, our room reservation was ignored and we were literally thrown into a room that didn’t match the requested features, it was damp with mold in the bathroom, had no comfort, and the on‑shift staff threatened us if we wanted to leave, with a bossy and rude receptionist—this will probably be the last time we book through that platform.
