Hotel O 365 Nice Stay

I never ended up staying at the hotel because the front desk claimed it was full even though I had already booked and paid; I asked for a refund but the hotel refused to return my money.

Nothing I liked about this hotel. The room was filthy: the bathroom was tiny and dirty, the bed sheet was soiled, and the towel had too much lint. The whole environment felt dirty, the ceiling had holes and was falling apart, and they charged RM119.95 for this mess. There was no drinking water, no cloth hanger, no table, and the room was too small for the single and queen single beds they shoved in. The door was dirty and insecure. This place isn’t fit for anyone; even a stray dog would sleep better.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I was sold a room that's nothing like the pictures. The toilet's faucet was broken, the ceiling looked like it was on the verge of collapse, and the floor was dirty. To top it off, I could smell mothballs and there were red stains on the bed that I'm pretty sure weren't from wine. I tried to contact the management to ask for a refund, but they completely ignored me. It's clear that the pictures they posted were completely misleading.
