The room allocation seemed arbitrary based on some so‑called “client type.” Breakfast was pretty mediocre. The rooms lacked basic items like towels, toilet paper, and soap. Aside from the sleep time, the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations.

“Es mi culpa, demasiado bueno para ser verdad”

The location was good and the staff were friendly, nothing else to note. However, I booked a sea‑view room and the opposite side had another hotel with no view, so that promise was broken. They never cleaned the room at all. I’m not sure if this is a hotel or a guesthouse given the low quality, even though they call themselves a hotel. The bathroom and closet were the worst parts. I couldn’t post a video of the closet and shower because the shower was so clogged with limescale that almost no water came out of the faucet.

We stayed for a long time and everything went smoothly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pleasant. A big thank you to Souaad and his colleague for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. They took great care of us throughout our stay. We have a very good memory of this experience and will gladly return.

“Un desastre.”

When we arrived we had to hunt down the concierge who was sleeping in a tiny room behind a door and didn’t speak English; he handed us the keys and a torn piece of paper with the Wi‑Fi password handwritten. The rooms reeked, were dirty, had cockroaches and forgotten flip‑flops inside. The photos online were misleading—the façade even had broken tiles that looked fine in the pictures. We left immediately. The booking service was a nightmare too, costing us almost €50 in international calls, and they didn’t re‑room us, so we had to book again. The refund finally arrived after two days.
