I was stuck in a room right next to the parking lot—no view, no quiet, and the noise from cars and other guests made it impossible to open the window. The shower water was cold and the drain was clogged, so it was a total hassle. I decided not to stay the second night, but when I asked for a partial refund the front desk was inflexible and refused, leaving me feeling that the hotel really isn't meant for relaxation.

The place is way out of the way, and the constant music and the dogs that live in the house make it impossible to get any peace. The common areas are a bit dirty, so overall it was a noisy, unclean experience.

The hotel is big and offers a stunning view of the Boyacá landscape, with mountains and greenery that look amazing from the rooms. The pool is clean, there are plenty of common bathrooms, and a billiards and pool area adds fun. The rooms are small but comfy, and they’re pet‑friendly, which I appreciated. Getting there was a bit of a hassle because it’s off a main road and only one of the two side paths is suitable for cars, but the staff helped us navigate once we were in the area.
