Everything looked new, so the place was very clean. I had booked a penthouse but was given two connected rooms because the original one had been rented through another channel; that turned out to be a plus because there were two bathrooms. The reception staff on the day we arrived were very attentive and friendly, but those working at night were not at all attentive. One day, the hotel had no water for three hours. When I reported it, they said they could do nothing and that we had to wait; we had to buy gallons of water at the Mini‑super to rinse off the chlorine from the pool. It was also an issue for the toilets. The pipes in one of the rooms were broken, so water drained into the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink, which was worse. The two pools were not enough for the huge number of guests the hotel hosts. We were stuck with a room full of drunken people and there was no hotel staff to control the situation.

Excellent place, very clean and pleasant; I would definitely come back many times if God wills. Nothing was wrong, everything was to my liking.

The sea view was great 👌👌👌👌👌🧡🧡. The elevator in my tower was the only one and was very slow, and they were doing maintenance on the towers, but I guess that’s because of the hurricanes. I came to the tower for pastries, the restaurant was very tasty, everything was good 👌🧡🧡🧡
