“Good enough for a short stay”
The room was good and had everything you need, but the bathtub was damaged (room 328). The breakfast could use some fresh juices.

When we booked, nothing was mentioned about the construction nearby or the ongoing renovations inside the hotel. The pool water was shockingly cold, which was a big let‑down. We arrived with a large group of tour buses; one night was fine, but staying longer wasn’t advisable. The room was cramped, split into a living area and a bedroom. The conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which felt illogical, and the second room wasn’t cooled at all. All of those issues summed up my experience. The price for two nights was 240€. I’d suggest staying in the old town where there are many hotels.

The hotel is very good, the pool is wonderful, and the room is very comfortable and spacious. Everything is clean and convenient. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with any question. The hotel is not far from the old town. The only downside is the construction work around the hotel; it’s temporary and will probably look nicer soon.

The place looked nice and new, and fairly clean. The apologetic staff even gave us Plov because of the construction noise. It feels odd, as if they just built it and it’s barely finished. The construction is loud from early morning, and the bathroom smell never goes away even after many requests. The pool was full of construction debris from the adjacent site. Breakfast was poorly equipped, with frozen bread for toast, but the fruit was the only good part.

The staff were kind and the rooms were clean. The only complaint is that getting to the pool required a lot of walking.
