The hotel was spotless and the breakfast service was fast; the self‑serve coffee and tea were always excellent, and overall the value was great.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything I needed; the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, the location was good, and the curtains blocked light perfectly when closed – everything was practically perfect! I see it as comparable to many 4‑star hotels I've stayed at; the heated pool was smaller than a typical 4‑star pool, but that didn't bother me.

The staff were very friendly, the location on the highway toward Toronto or Ottawa was good, parking was free, breakfast was tasty, and there was a pool; unfortunately there was no direct dining option nearby except fast food.

The staff and housekeeping were friendly.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean; however, the washroom had a major issue – the toilets were tall and not easily accessible, so they need to install more accessible toilets.
