Centre Point hotel stands out as one of the best in Vietnam, especially in Hanoi; its spot near Hoan Kiem Lake, the edge of the old quarter, and the French quarter gives a perfect blend of modern, historic, and traditional vibes. The food options are plentiful, inexpensive, and even the coffee is amazing. Lily at the front desk brings pure energy, positivity, and cheerfulness—working long hours and making the stay enjoyable. I’ll recommend the hotel and Lily to all my friends.

“瑕不掩瑜，願意續住”

The location is great and quiet, breakfast on the roof lets you see the lake, and for this price it feels worth it. The staff were friendly, and even though we were supposed to arrive at 4:00 am, they were willing to wait; later we changed plans and arrived earlier without any issue—thanks! The bed and bathroom were comfortable. The room type we chose was really small, barely fitting a 25‑27‑inch suitcase, so if you have more luggage, pick a larger room. We only stayed one night, so it was acceptable.

“Convenient location and good value for money.”

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. Lily was awesome 🙌. Like most of Hanoi, the rooms were small.

“Worth for money”

Oldtown is near the center of all attractions, food, bars, and massages—everything is within walking distance. The room was too small, the furniture was old, but the breakfast was decent.
