The surroundings are nice, but the room lacks a basin and decent bathroom amenities.

Nothing good here. The room was infested with cockroaches and termites on the walls, smelled strongly of chemicals, had a terrible bathroom, dim and old lights, and the bedsheet was torn and stinky—do not recommend this place.
