The staff were friendly and the location near Tooting Broadway tube station is convenient; the price is reasonable. I received a larger room, which I appreciated, but the mattress needs to be replaced – it’s hard and the springs show through, so lying down is uncomfortable.
Good value for money. An extra pillow would have been nice 😴.
Everything was fine except for the comment in the box below. The Wi‑Fi did not work in the room.
“Bon rapport qualité-prix.”
It’s close to the metro and grocery stores. It’s far from the city centre and the airport.
“Very enjoyable”
The place is clean, functional, and conveniently located for travelers on a budget, with no complaints to mention. The staff were friendly and helpful, and if you want a decent spot to sleep and grab a couple of pints, I’d recommend this hotel for its great value, even though the rooms aren’t state‑of‑the‑art.
