The staff communication was flawless, and they even decorated the room extra on my request. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the wellness area was lovely with the option to rent a bathrobe. The surrounding area offers nice walks with a view of the castle. On the downside, we got a bit lost on their parking lot because there were no signs and the video that was supposed to guide us wouldn’t start.

The interior, exterior, staff, and food were all excellent. The wellness was beautiful, fragrant, and spotless.

It all started as a chance on a business trip for one night, and since then it has become a regular escape from stress with my husband. We paid for a late checkout, and as soon as we arrived the room already had bathrobes ready and we headed straight to the sauna. In the evening we had a glass of wine at a local restaurant, dinner under ancient beams, and in the morning we walked to Felicitin’s spring and hit the sauna again. For us it was simply a great relaxation spot; we’ll come back to escape work and time pressure. The only downside is that we don’t have time for more than a day, so we visit about once a month depending on availability.

The facilities are perfect for families with children, starting with a nightcap in the room, a children's play area in the restaurant and the building, and ending with kids’ toys in the wellness. Breakfast was good and was topped up. The staff were friendly. There was no problem paying the extra fee for the dog. The rooms are nice and everything is clean.

Ideal gelegen für unsere Radtour. Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das nur Online CheckIn kostenlos ist. Ansonsten Kosten von 200 CZK anfallen!!!
