I liked the balcony that overlooks the street and the beds had clean sheets, but the place feels very neglected with peeling walls and a bad bathroom smell; the walls need at least a fresh coat of paint and the balcony’s mud should be cleaned or painted to look better, especially since it’s a strategic spot close to the market yet so poorly maintained.
