The location worked out well for us and the rooms were consistently nice. At check‑in, I was asked to provide a credit card for incidentals and was told nothing would be charged, yet an unexpected $42.40 appeared on my card. After waiting a week and being unable to resolve the issue by phone, I opened a dispute with my credit card company.

The staff were pleasant and the air‑conditioning worked fine. However, the room felt like it had been forced open at some point; the door was crooked and bent, the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, and a drawer’s sliders were broken. It seemed like someone had been fighting or doing something that damaged the room.
