The front‑desk staff were respectful and excellent. For room service, you have to call to get your needs met.

كل شي ممتاز صراحة يعني سعر ممتاز جداً لكن ماعجبني المواقف صعب انك تحصل و مافيها فيش كهرب جنب السرير لكن ككل ممتاز وفندق اقتصادي بحت حق نوم فقط. المواقف التلفزيون حصل فيه مشاكل مافي فيش جداري جنب السرير مناديل مافيه في الغرفة

From day one, the stay was wonderful! The entire reception team was lovely, welcoming, and professional, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and the food was good. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely a place I’d stay again. My mom and I thank the whole team for the great hospitality—until we meet again, ibis Sharq.
