“A great and wonderful stay,it felt like a home away from home and with all facilities right infront”

The property’s location was great—just a 10‑minute walk to Baga beach, and right in front of the building you can find everything from all kinds of food to clubs, dresses, salon, rental bikes/cars, etc. Tito’s lane is also nearby. The cleanliness and the surrounding garden gave a silent atmosphere, and the staff were polite. The balconies and rooms were neat and clean, and the decoration theme was very nice. The only downside was that to dry clothes you have to go to the roof on the 3rd floor, which has a stair that looks a bit risky to climb.

"An absolute gem in the middle of a lively area! The owner is incredibly welcoming and kind, and the caretaker was always there to help us with anything we needed. The property captures an authentic Goan vibe—peaceful and surrounded by nature despite being on a busy street. A major bonus is having parking available, and the best part is that the beach, restaurants, and clubs are all just a short walk away. Highly recommend!"

“Very bad”

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. At the last moment, the hotel owner refused to give me a room despite my booking. On the day of my stay, he repeatedly ignored my calls and disconnected them, leaving me in a very difficult and stressful situation. When I contacted him, he spoke to me rudely and kept shouting at me. He directly said that he could not find my booking details in the system. This was extremely unprofessional and caused me significant inconvenience, especially as I was left without a confirmed place to stay at the last moment. I request you investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the hotel to prevent other customers from facing the same experience. Staff Mr Indra and another guy from Orissa were helpful. Indra assisted us with whatever was available in the property and helped us find the right person for a tour. Facilities were not available as mentioned during booking. The TV was not working, even after repeated complaints, Mr Ryan who is in charge of the property didn’t care at all. Ryan was also reluctant to pick up my call. I waited for half an hour to meet him during my check‑out time, but he didn’t even care to meet me. Although the bathrooms were clean, the bed smelled always. Rooms and furniture were old. Breakfast and tea/coffee were tasteless, very limited breakfast. Mosquitoes were in the room.
