The place was clean enough, the AC, Wi‑Fi, fridge, kettle and daily water were all functional, and the elevator worked well. Service was solid. It’s a short walk to the central market and the “Gerbang Malam” area, and a quick drive to the train station and old town. The hotel sits on a main street, a convenience store is right next door, and a money changer is just a few steps away, making it great value. The shower’s hot water sometimes lags, the décor feels dated and tired, the lighting is weak, there are only a few TV channels, and the remote can’t turn the TV on. The key card or digital lock on our room door was unreliable, so we had to resort to the manual key.
