Having stayed at many onsen hotels, I can confidently say that 間人温泉 炭平 left the strongest impression on me. The level of care, detail, and hospitality throughout our stay was truly remarkable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment — from the delightful welcome snacks and relaxing lounge before dinner, to the incredible onsen baths, exceptional food, and top-notch service

The staff went out of their way to care for us, especially Sakura who accompanied us throughout our stay, even leaving a little note for our departure that touched us deeply; we arrived hoping to relax and left even more relaxed than ever. The place is simply gorgeous, the meals truly delicious, and the baths are very hot and enjoyable—thank you for all the warm welcome!
