The only positive was that it was clean. We went because the listing mentioned free breakfast, but there was none. The restaurant attached to the hotel is actually a separate business, as the owner told me. I asked the lady at the hotel about breakfast, she said “see the restaurant” and then “I don’t know.” The room was small; we booked for 2 adults and 2 children (0 years). She said I booked for 2 adults only, and when I showed her the booking email, she said I had added 2 children of 0 years (we have a 5‑year‑old and a 0‑year‑old) but it was a booking mistake. Even if we had two 0‑year‑old children, the room was small and no baby bed was provided. Her rude manner added to the frustration.

The process was straightforward and the location is central. The TV only had audio, no picture 🤦🏼‍♂️ on the day of the World Cup final.

The room was nice, very clean, everything was appealing and nicely decorated. Great that a fan was placed in the room; it was a blessing in the heat. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant in the hotel.

The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. I was given a different room at the cheaper price, and I was pleased with the room cleaning—it stood out positively. The bed was too soft for my liking. Otherwise, the room had only the essentials needed for a night’s stay.
