The Social Hub Rome

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was excellent. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. During my five-day stay, the breakfast menu was exactly the same every single morning, with no variety or changes in preparation. Eating the same food prepared in exactly the same way for five consecutive days became quite repetitive and boring. A little more variety in the breakfast selection would make a big difference, especially for guests staying several nights. Apart from that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay. “سيئ جدا ولا انصح فيه أبدا و وصخ جدا”

Nothing good. The bedding was filthy when I took the room, and they wouldn’t change it because they only wash linens between guests. The AC cut out at midnight, and I had to call reception to turn it back on, but the maintenance staff never came. Soap ran out and they refused to refill it, so I had to buy my own. The hotel claims to be four‑star, yet it offers no guest services at all.

“Enjoyed our stay there. Staff are nice. Hotel room is clean and big enough for our luggage’s”

Modern, clean, with a coworking space and a park, but the location is a bit far from the metro.

“Un hotel espectacular, con instalaciones increíbles, pero una ubicación poco conveniente para hacer turismo”

The hotel is truly spectacular—huge, modern, beautiful, and equipped with top‑class facilities. Even though it’s a massive property that hosts a lot of guests, the organization is so efficient that you never feel the hustle or noise. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the overall vibe is very calm. Breakfast is amazing, offering a wide variety of options for every taste, and it stands out as one of the highlights of our stay. The restaurant can also be used during the day for a meal at a set price; I recommend the vegetarian burger! Staff service is excellent, with someone always available 24/7 and an incredible willingness to help. On the checkout day, since our flight was late at night, they stored our luggage free of charge so we could keep exploring the city and pick it up later—everything was organized and simple. Another big plus is the facilities: the pool was a huge hit and perfect for a rest day after traveling. Check in advance to see if it’s open, as it runs seasonally. There’s also free laundry with washers and dryers for guests, which is a huge bonus when traveling for several days. In short, the hotel delivers everything you’d expect from a property of this caliber. We were very comfortable and had no issues during our stay. The only downside was the location. While it’s relatively close to Termini, it’s in the San Lorenzo area, far from what I consider the real tourist center of Rome. There are some nearby transport links, like a tram that takes you to the Colosseum and Trastevere, but trips to places such as Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, or major shopping districts aren’t as convenient. Some bus stops are several blocks away, and especially at night the area isn’t very pleasant for walking. We even had trouble finding transport back to the hotel on a few occasions. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is spectacular with amazing facilities, but I believe that when visiting a city like Rome, location is key. Even though the hotel is near Termini, it’s not in the area people usually imagine when looking for accommodation near the station. In our case, I’d prioritize a better location, even if it meant choosing a simpler hotel with fewer amenities. So while we had an excellent stay in terms of the hotel and its services, I wouldn’t pick it again for a tourist trip to Rome.
