What a wonderful surprise! I spent one night here before my flight and was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. My room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge bonus, making travel to and from Pudong Airport convenient and stress‑free. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely fantastic—an amazing buffet with a huge variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented and catering to all tastes. It was far beyond what I expected from an airport hotel! I also loved the stylish café and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained. Exceptional value for money! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would happily stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone traveling through Shanghai Pudong Airport.

Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The hotel provided clear instructions on where to catch the bus, which was very helpful for a first‑time visitor to China. Check‑in was easy. The room was completely adequate and clean. The restaurant was reasonably priced with a wide selection of dishes and served them quickly. Breakfast buffet was included and offered many different foods to choose from. I couldn’t fault the price paid. Highly recommend. Nothing to add.

We chose this hotel only because of the transfer service. I spent two days messaging hotel support to learn how the transfer worked. On the first day, I got a reply saying, “Pay at the store.” What did that have to do with the transfer? And where was the shuttle bus supposed to be? I never received an answer, so I had to find my own way to the hotel with my children late at night. No one at the hotel speaks English! That’s incredibly strange—this is the tourism industry, after all. How is that even possible? I’m giving it 2 stars. Terrible service. Two days after our scheduled check‑in, I received a message saying, “Sorry we didn’t reply.” Disgraceful.
