The house was very cute with large, nice rooms and friendly staff. The shower wall was quite grimy and a cable with a clip hung from the bathroom wall. On the terrace in front of our window there was a party from 10 pm to 1:00 am, which made sleeping a bit difficult.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was great thanks to the historic setting. Breakfast was very good, and dinner at the Herrenschänke was also delicious. For light sleepers, keep in mind that the prominent location has drawbacks: a brightly lit market square, church bells at 6 am, cobblestones (rolling noises)… but that’s just part of it. 😉
