The hotel has a weird policy—they cancel your booking at their discretion without telling you. After confirming, they gave the room to someone else. I talked to staff three times after confirmation, but at check‑in they said there was no room—what the hell is the policy? They told me at 11 pm, how could the lady staff even go out at that hour? Change your policy, it’s pathetic.

The location is central. A new tall male front‑desk guy only spoke English and wouldn’t give me a plate to eat; later a housekeeping lady handed me plates. The bathrooms were messy and full of cockroaches.

I disliked everything about the property. It was the worst‑maintained hotel I’ve ever seen. The bedsheets were dirty with hair and cockroaches, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned or maintained properly. Don’t trust the pictures on the website—those aren’t the rooms you’ll get. All rooms are now the worst maintained.
