Breakfast had large portions and the staff were very attentive. The lock on our room door wasn’t in perfect condition; we struggled to lock and unlock it. The pool also needs better maintenance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional hotel, where the immaculately groomed landscape and beautiful coconut and palm trees surrounding the immense pool created a serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The quiet, family-focused environment made it the perfect getaway.

I recently had a disappointing stay at this property, which I felt was overpriced considering the subpar experience. The main pool was unclean and neglected, while the infrastructure seemed poorly maintained and managed. Although some issues were resolved quickly, such as the lack of hot water, others, like the chaotic and unprofessional service, detracted from my stay.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, feeling like I overpaid for subpar accommodations. The breakfast was underwhelming, to say the least - I've had better mornings at a Days Inn. The shower was a letdown, with a dirty space and an ancient showerhead that seemed to be from another era, and the water pressure was laughably weak. To top it off, the prices for extras like water and transportation rides were outrageous.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some pleasant surprises alongside disappointing experiences. The pool was a highlight, and having a pool access room made it easy to relax and enjoy a few drinks. However, the standard outdoor furniture in these rooms seemed unnecessary, and I was grateful when the staff brought in some sun loungers to make the space more comfortable. The food was generally good, although the western breakfast options were a letdown.
